Exchange Guarantee: We provide a 7-day product exchange service. Customers may submit an exchange request via “Report Product Issue” under relevant order in Order History within 7 calendar days upon receipt for defective items. Each order is eligible for ONE exchange only; no refund is available.
Exclusions for Exchange Service
Goods have been opened, packaging tape/box torn or used.
Original packaging is damaged, incomplete or the product is broken.

Valid order proof cannot be provided or the order has been exchanged once before.
Supplementary Exchange Rules
All returned goods will be inspected prior to approval. Requests failing the inspection criteria will be rejected. Original shipping and handling fees incurred for returns shall be borne by customers. All complimentary gifts or discounted bundled items from the original order must be returned together with the main product; incomplete return leads to rejected exchange application. Any return failing our exchange terms will not be processed.
