[Mattresses, bed frames and mattress sets: Merchant Delivery]

• "Merchant Delivery" items are delivered to your door by our own team and cannot be combined with other merchants' items to calculate delivery fees.

• During our promotional period, local delivery in Hong Kong is free, with no minimum spend. Free delivery excludes remote areas, outlying islands and special arrangements such as carrying via stairs; please contact our customer service if you need these.

• All mattresses and bed frames include free in-home installation.

• We arrange delivery after your order is confirmed. Actual delivery time may vary slightly with product availability and location; if delivery is expected to be significantly delayed, we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund.

• Remote areas follow SF Express's definition: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau, and South Lantau (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo and Pui O). Delivery to remote areas or outlying islands, or special arrangements such as carrying via stairs or hoisting, may incur extra charges; please check with our customer service first.

• Before ordering, please make sure your building's lift or goods lift, stairs and doorways are large enough for the mattress or bed you order.

• Please check your items on delivery. If you find a quality issue, take photos right away; our delivery team will confirm with us to arrange a replacement or repair.

[Pillows and pet beds: Standard Delivery]

• These items are delivered by HKTVmall; please refer to HKTVmall's Shipping Information for details.

• Actual delivery time depends on the products ordered and each merchant's shipping time.

• Our shipping days: Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

[How to request a return or exchange]

1. Within 7 days of receipt, go to "Order History", select the order and press "Return & Refund".

2. Provide your order number, clear photos/videos and a description of the issue.

3. We usually reply within 2 working days.

4. For approved cases, we arrange free collection and a replacement (subject to stock); if the same item is out of stock, you may choose an alternative of equal value or a full refund. Returned items must be in their original condition with all packaging, tags and accessories.

The merchant reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of the merchant and HKTVmall shall be final.
