Delivery / Return

1. Delivery Method: All BabyHK goods are delivered by HKTVmall. For details, refer to the platform's delivery instructions.

2. Delivery Time: Usually 3-5 working days after order confirmation (excluding remote areas); actual time subject to the platform system.

3. Dispatch Time: BabyHK dispatches orders Mon-Sat (excluding public holidays). Orders paid before 15:00 will be dispatched the next working day.

4. Remote Area Surcharge: Additional surcharge may apply for remote areas (e.g., outlying islands, remote villages); exact amount shown at checkout.

5. Receipt Instructions: Inspect the outer packaging on delivery. Refuse acceptance and contact customer service immediately if damaged or missing.

6. Return Policy:

- Defective products: Contact BabyHK customer service within 7 days of receipt (provide order number and problem photos) for return/refund.

- Non-defective returns: Product and packaging must be intact, unused and resalable; return shipping borne by the customer.

- Personal hygiene items: Non-returnable once opened, unless defective.

Reservation T&C

1. Booking Description: "Bookable" items are pre-order or appointment-based delivery products. By placing an order and completing payment, the customer agrees to these booking terms.

2. Booking Schedule: The estimated dispatch and delivery time is subject to the product page and order details. In case of out-of-stock items or supply chain delays, BabyHK will notify customers in advance to adjust the booking time.

3. Booking Modification: To modify the scheduled delivery time, please contact BabyHK customer service at least 3 working days in advance. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be modified.

4. Booking Cancellation: Customers may cancel a pre-order before the product is dispatched by BabyHK. If the order is already in transit, cancellation for non-quality issues may incur logistics fees.

5. Booking Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any failed delivery due to incorrect address, inability to contact, or missed delivery, and may be liable for additional fees.
