1. Pixel Magic Systems Limited provides one year limited carry-in warranty service.
2. Original warranty card and original purchase receipt must be together present to our staff when return of service. If any one of the documents cannot be provided, standard service fee will be charged.
3. This warranty card shall not apply to the product if (a) it has been explicitly modified or repaired in any way by persons other than technicians of this company, or (b) it has been damaged through misuse, malicious acts, negligence, inflow of any liquid, accident or natural calamities. In this case, repair charges shall be separately quoted by our company.
4. For product with invisible defects, if customers request to take back their product after inspection and repair quotation is made, the company may not be able to restore the product back to the original defective status (including product frame, function and original defects).
5. Our company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss/ loss of profits or loss of data.
6. All spare parts changed are non-returnable. Data stored in product may be lost after checking and repairing and thus should be properly stored by the customers before taking the player to service centre.
7. We reserve all rights to amend the warranty condition without for the further notice.
