1. Product Images & Actual Items
•All product images are for reference only. Due to lighting during photography, monitor display differences, or different product batches, the actual color and shape may vary slightly from the photos. Please refer to the actual product received.
2. Product Diversity
•Our store offers a wide variety of products. Packaging and labeling may vary across different product categories.
3. Logistics & Delivery
• Most items are delivered by HKTVmall. Specific delivery times and arrangements are subject to HKTVmall's final confirmation. If an order contains multiple items, they may be delivered in separate packages.
4. Packaging & Transit Wear
• We ensure proper packaging before shipment. However, slight wear or compression of the outer box/packaging may occur during transit. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product quality remains unaffected.
5. After-sales & Returns
• Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you find any incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please report them via the HKTVmall system within 7 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products (such as food, personal care items, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.
6.Right of Final Decision
•In case of any dispute, Yuet Loi reserves the right of final decision.
