Return Information
1. Return Conditions: Only return applications for products with quality problems (such as damage, defects, wrong delivery, missing delivery) are accepted. Returns for non-quality reasons (personal preference, wrong size selection, etc.) are not allowed.
2. Return Time Limit: You need to submit a return application and contact customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods. Late applications will not be accepted.
3. Return Requirements: The product must be brand new and unused, with intact and undamaged packaging. Accessories, gifts and order documents must be returned together, without man-made damage or stains.
4.
