Delivery
Delivery Areas
Hong Kong addresses located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories except Outlying Islands (including Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Airport, etc.), P.O. Boxes, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas. Delivery service is not applicable to areas that cannot be reached directly by our vehicles.
Delivery Fee
Customers are entitled to free delivery service upon purchase of HK$600 or above to a single delivery address. A delivery fee of HK$90 per each delivery address will be charged for orders below HK$600.
Delivery Schedule
From Monday to Saturday (except public holidays). Delivery service is available normally between 10am – 6pm, unless otherwise arranged specifically.
Suspension of Delivery Service
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time. If delivery is delayed, postponed or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of Sims Wine Club or not.
4.4. Logistics Arrangement
Our logistics team or its representative may contact you on the day of delivery prior to delivery. Please ensure someone will be present to sign and receive the delivery at the times arranged. A signature is required on delivery. In the event of a lift breakdown during delivery we will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.
Undeliverable Orders
All orders returned to us are considered "undeliverable". Reasons for undeliverable orders include incorrect delivery address, failed delivery attempts by logistics (i.e., the recipient is unavailable). When we receive undeliverable orders, we will notify Customers via email or phone to arrange for re-delivery. HK$90 will be charged for any re-delivery arrangement.
All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.
Sims Wine Club reserves the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely. For any other delivery enquiry, please contact us by phone at 2262 1426 or 2262 1499 during office hours.
