1. Free delivery for a single purchase of HK$500 or above is available. HK$60 delivery charge shall apply if the purchase amount is below HK$500. Please check with ZJLD for details.

2. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.

3. ZJLD will contact customer to confirm the stock availability and pricing within 1-2 working days

4. Our refund policy gives customers a better shopping experience. From the day you receive your item, our return policy is valid for 7 days. Item(s) purchased in our store may be returned and/or exchanged. Please visit Order History to view related order, then press "Return & refund" button to report the damaged products. Below situations are not acceptable in our refund policy:

1). Opened/used products.

2). Without original and unopened packaging.

3). Products with"non-returnable" remark.

4). Free Gifts/ Accessories / Samples.

5). Without the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note.

We will check before return/exchange, the original delivery charge and cost of return are borne by customers. Customers must return with all free gifts/ accessories / samples.

5. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of ZJLD, Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
