Free delivery service is only applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, and limited to buildings with direct lift access. It does not include outlying islands, remote, or inaccessible areas (such as Restricted areas, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung Town, Sai Kung, Airport, Disneyland, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, wooden houses, walled villages, ding houses, temporary housing, or public places, etc.).
Limited delivery services are provided at the following locations:
i. Government agencies (including but not limited to government complexes, police stations), hospitals, and funeral homes do not provide doorstep delivery; recipients are required to collect at the entrance;
ii. Some addresses require customers to collect at designated locations, for example, buildings without lifts require collection at the ground floor; village houses require collection at the village entrance, archway, or at a delivery point agreed upon by both the delivery staff and the recipient;
iii. Locations that cannot be directly reached by vehicle, the driver will arrange handover at a safe roadside parking point.

Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted or a black rain storm warning is in force.

A deposit for water bottles (HK$50 per bottle) is included in the initial purchase.

You will become the owner of the merchandise you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once merchandise has been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left unattended at the customer’s request.

Swire Coca-Cola Hong Kong reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice to customers.
