All goods are sold by Chen Yun Collection and delivered via cross-border consolidation from Mainland China. We will arrange delivery promptly for your favourite goods from Mainland China.
• All items are consolidated and customs cleared at our Mainland warehouse before shipping to Hong Kong. Delivery normally takes 5–10 working days after order placement, and specific delivery time slots cannot be arranged.
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted without quality defects. If errors or damaged items are caused by our store, please contact customer service with photos for verification first.
• Slight differences in packaging, expiry date and minor appearance may exist due to different production batches. The actual received product shall prevail.
• Minor glue marks or tiny scratches that do not affect functionality may occur during transit. Please refrain from placing an order if you mind small imperfections.
• Product images on the website are for reference only. Colour differences caused by screen display or lighting cannot be used as grounds for return.
• Returns involve cross-border logistics between Hong Kong and Mainland China. For returns requested due to personal reasons (dislike, wrong size, mistaken order etc.), customers shall bear all round-trip consolidation, customs and warehouse fees. We reserve the right to reject parcels returned without prior consent from customer service.
• Liquids, battery-powered 3C products, snacks, beverages and pet supplies require special customs clearance, which may extend delivery lead time. We appreciate your patience.
• The store reserves the final decision right for all orders and goods handling.
