Delivery / Return

The “Merchant Delivery” products in our store cannot be combined with products from other merchants for shipping fee calculations. Free delivery service is available for purchases of “Merchant Delivery” products totaling $500 or more; otherwise, a shipping fee of $100 will be charged. Additional shipping fees may apply for certain remote areas; please inquire with the merchant for the extra amount.

· The actual delivery time will depend on the products selected in your order, and arrangements for the delivery date and time will be made directly with the customer.

· Our store delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

· Delivery locations and additional charges:

Tung Chung, Ma Wan: Additional transport fee of $50.
Park Island, Discovery Bay: Requires separate quotation.
Delivery locations do not include outlying islands.

· Additional charges for on-site delivery services:
Standard Size:
If the building does not provide elevators, there is a charge of HK$50 for each product per floor for stairs (stair levels are counted as "floor markings"; an additional charge of HK$200 applies for accessing attics or rooftops).

For stairs at the entrance of the building before the elevator/outside the building/outside village houses/parking lot stairs: the first 6 steps are free; thereafter, it is $50 for every 10 steps (any shortfall of steps is counted as 10 steps).

For pushing a cart to village houses or parking lots, the first 100 meters are free, and thereafter it is $100 for every 100 meters (maximum push distance is 500 meters). Pushing beyond 500 meters / steep or inclined roads requires a separate quotation.

Large Size ( Total external dimensions of the box exceeding 150cm ):
For stairs within the building, the first two floors are charged at $100 per floor, and subsequent floors are charged at $200 per floor (stair levels are counted as "floor markings"; an additional charge of HK$200 applies for accessing attics or rooftops).

For stairs at the entrance of the building before the elevator/outside the building/outside village houses/parking lot stairs: the first 6 steps are free; thereafter, it is $100 for every 10 steps (any shortfall of steps is counted as 10 steps).

For moving washing machines / dryers / washer-dryer combos over obstacles 12 inches off the ground, such as basins or cabinets, a fee of HK$150 will be charged each time.

Our store does not accept returns.

In case of any disputes, HKTVmall reserves the final decision.
