The following situations will not be eligible for return or exchange processing:
1. Products that have been unsealed or used (for example, if the packaging tape or box has been torn off).
2. Products that are not in their original packaging and have been damaged, destroyed, or are incomplete.
3. Any discounted items, clearance items, or special sale items that indicate they are not returnable.
4. Any free gifts, accessories, or trial-sized gift items.
5. If the customer cannot present the product sales receipt or has already exchanged the product once.
Before processing a return or exchange, we must inspect and verify the return. If the return does not meet the above conditions for return or exchange, it will not be accepted. In the case of a return, the original order’s shipping fees and processing charges (if any) will be borne by the customer. We apologize for any inconvenience. If the returned product includes promotional gifts or special purchase items, these must also be returned; otherwise, the return or exchange will not be processed.
